My replacement brake pads arrived today. When the package arrived the first thing I saw was a photo of me which was a bit of a surprise. The reason is: when DHL couldn’t find my home address they simply looked me up online, found out where I work and delivered the package.
This qualifies as going above and beyond what is expected. Good work!
So, tomorrow I’m replacing the brake pads and subsequently enjoying a ride on the vintage mountain bike. Good times ahead.
